A description of each field to complete is detailed below:
Invoice Number: This will be the 9 digit reference on your invoice
Invoice Amount: This is the TOTAL INVOICE AMOUNT on your invoice. Please make sure you pay the FULL amount including the “pence”. For example, if your invoice is for £350.01 please input this amount. DO NOT INPUT only £350.00
Payment Card Details:
Card Number: your 16 digit card number on the front of your credit or debit card
MM / YY: this is the expiry date on the front of your credit or debit card
CVC: The last 3 digits on the back of your credit or debit card
Email Address: this is your current email address to send you a confirmation receipt of your payment
When you click PAY to pay your invoice you may be prompted to complete 3D Authentication.
What is 3d Authentication? To reduce the risk of fraud and identity theft card issues have introduced new additional authorisation technologies to protect you when making payments online.
How does it work? When you are attempting to make a payment online your card issuer may send you a text message with a code to authorisation the payment, they may ask you to login to your internet banking mobile app to verify the payment or they may call you over the telephone to authorisation the payment. Sometimes calling you over the telephone is abbreviated to “OTP”.
